Successful Reintegrations, serves men, women, and young adults released from federal and state correctional facilities, local jails, and rehabilitation centers, as well as those currently participating in specialty court programs.
OUR METHOD
Each year, thousands of men, women, and young adults are released into the community from our judicial system. Many of them lack the basic skill set and necessary know-how to become productive citizens. Many of them genuinely want to be productive members, however, they lack the insight into what that productivity should look like.
SOLUTION DRIVEN
Successful Reintegrations, will provide insight with comprehensive solutions to many of the individuals unmet needs. During the program, we commit to assisting these individuals in navigating the challenges they might face during the reintegration process. In doing so, we will help to create positive reference points for them where they have never existed. We pride ourselves in the ability to provide comprehensive services that will meet the diverse needs of our participants.
At a minimum, each of our participants will be required to complete a twelve-month pre-vocational training workshop, and thereafter, will be offered an opportunity to participate in our mentoring program. Our mentoring program will be a key component to success. Another key component will be our Basic Computer and Job Skills Training, as well as Leadership Development programs.
